The friction

Bookings, crew routes, customer conversations and an AI chat assistant lived in separate tools. Balances were wrong, links pointed customers to staff login pages, and the assistant guessed because it couldn't see real orders.

What I built

One operations command center where every booking, conversation, event detail, delivery and balance lives, plus a crew mobile app.

Inside it

  • One customer view: years of lead and booking records merged, repeat customers flagged, full history in one place.

  • 11-stage customer lifecycle: automated texts and emails at every step, with guardrails so a broken link or old quote never goes out.

  • AI assistant with a human in the loop: connected to live order data; it drafts replies and a person approves every one.

  • Action Center: balance-due tracking, an inventory-aware upsell, and anniversary rebooking.

  • Crew app: routes, packing checklists, photo proof, repair queues and live GPS ETAs.

What changed

The owner runs the business from one screen instead of four tabs.
