The friction

Agency work lived in too many places: onboarding notes in one tool, strategy in a doc, ad creative in another, performance in four ad platforms, and account knowledge in people's heads.

What I built

I customized and built out the agency's Marketing Hub into one workspace that follows the client from onboarding to review: Context → Plan → Create → Review → Learn.

Inside it

  • Strategy & onboarding: audience, offers, messaging, funnel stages and channel plans in one place.

  • Keyword research & ad creative: keyword clusters, ad copy variants, UGC scripts, and Meta/LinkedIn-style ad previews.

  • Four paid-media workspaces: Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads views with audits and findings.

  • Budget pacing & alerts: spend against budget, with alert workflows that keep exceptions visible.

  • Client Brain: ICP, positioning, objections and saved answers, so account knowledge doesn't live in one person's head.

  • Client review: shareable deliverables, comments and highlights tied to the work.

What it shows about how I work

I take a messy, real process and turn it into a tool a team can actually use.
